Mia's Rendang Curry im Coop!

15. November 2023: Rendang Curry in allen 180 Coop-Restaurants der Schweiz!
Nachdem unser Rendang-Curry den Coop Rezepte-Wettbewerb gewonnen hatte und Mia das Gericht in der Coop-Zentrale in Basel vorgekocht hat, war der Tag gekommen:
Wie schmeckt es denn? Dafür haben wir uns in das Coop-Restaurant Zürich Bellevue aufgemacht, wo uns der sympathische Geschäftsführer Guido willkommen geheissen hat. Aufgrund der Kundschaft des Restaurants hat das Küchenteam eine milde Variante gekocht. Es schmeckte sehr gut und man konnte die Motivation und guten Vibes der Crew spüren.
Wir können das Restaurant sehr empfehlen, raten aber allen Kunden, die es etwas originaler und schärfer mögen, das Signature-Gericht unbedingt bei uns im Dapura Mia zu kosten! 😉
15 November 2023: Rendang curry served in 180 Coop restaurants accross Switzerland!
After our Rendang curry won the Coop recipe competition and Mia pre-cooked the dish at the Coop headquarters in Basel, the day had come to try: how does it taste? To find out, we travelled to the Coop restaurant in Zurich Bellevue, where we were welcomed by the friendly manager Guido. Due to the restaurant's clientele, the kitchen team cooked a rather mild version. It tasted very delicate and you could feel the motivation and good vibes of the crew. Good job! We can recommend the restaurant, but advise all customers who like it a little more original and spicier: you still have to come to Dapura Mia for our signature dish! 😉
